Repeat business, without the chasing.

We write the emails and texts that bring customers back, the welcome, the reminder, the drop announcement, the note to anyone you have not seen since winter. Written once in your voice, wired to your shop or booking tool, and sent on their own. You stop doing it by hand, and the list you never write to starts working.

Two days. A scope and a number.

The work

What it looks like.

All work
Who this is for
  • I have a list in Shopify and I have never sent one email to it, because I do not know what to say.
  • A guy gets a cut, loves it, and I never see him again until he is 3 weeks overdue and somebody else has him.
  • Our brand texts the regulars about every drop from someone's own phone, at midnight, one at a time.

Not for you if nobody has bought yet. This runs on the customers you already have, and it needs at least a few of them.

What you get

Written once. Sends itself.

  1. 4 flows, meaning 4 automatic message sequences, from welcome to win back.
  2. Every message written in your voice.
  3. Wired to your shop, booking or register.
  4. Tested on our phones, then switched on.
  5. The numbers, every month, on 1 page.
  6. Reels every month, if you need content too.
How it works
  1. Day 1You send the list, the tools you already pay for, and 3 texts you have sent customers yourself, so we can hear how you talk.
  2. Day 2You get a scope and a number.
  3. Week 2The flows go live, and the first message goes out on its own while you are with a customer. You get a copy of every one, so you see what they see.
  4. Every monthThe numbers on 1 page, and 1 new flow if the last one earned it.
Questions

Before you ask.

Which tools do you use?

The ones you already have, if they are good. Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Shopify, Square. We tell you if one is holding you back, and which one to move to, and we do the moving.

Will it annoy my customers?

Not if it reads like you and lands when it matters. A reminder 6 weeks after a cut is a favor, and a text every Tuesday is spam. We write the first kind.

Do I have to keep paying you?

No. It is set up once and it is yours, the logins, the templates, the list. Most people keep us on for the monthly numbers and the next flow, and the system runs either way.

Do you only do email and text?

No. When the missing piece is content, we build that too. For a moving company that meant a mascot and a monthly run of Reels, so the account posts on the days the owner is out on a job.

Built with this

Ask Highlark.

The Ask panel on this site is one of these. It reads the studio's own pages and answers in the studio's own words. It will not quote a price it has not been given. When you are ready, it writes your brief for you. Yours would sit on your site, answer from your prices, your hours and your stock, and pass you the customer along with what they asked.

It reads every published job and all six service pages. Nothing else. Open it from Ask in the header on any page.

Ready when you are.
