Whose work this is
The site, its words, its pictures and its video belong to Highlark Media LLC unless a caption says otherwise. Client work is shown with the client's permission and stays theirs. Marks and logos belong to their owners and appear here to identify them. Nothing on the site may be copied, reposted or used in a pitch without written permission from us, and from the client where it is their work.
Ask Highlark
The Ask panel is an AI assistant, not a person, and it is built to answer only from the published text of this site. It can be wrong, it can be out of date, and it is not us. It is built not to give a price, and nothing it says is an offer, a quote or a contract. Nothing on this site or from the Ask panel is legal, financial or professional advice. A scope and a number come from the studio, in writing, after we have read your brief.
Sending a brief
The project form starts a conversation, not a job. You must be 18 or older to send one. Your brief stays yours; by sending it you let us read it, keep it and use it to reply and to scope the work. Work begins when both of us have signed a scope that names what is being made, what it costs and when it is due. Until then neither side owes the other anything.
Links
The site links to other sites, ours and other people's. They have their own terms. We are responsible for this one.
The site as it is
We keep the site accurate and running, but it is offered as it is, without a warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Highlark Media LLC is not liable for loss that comes from using the site or relying on what it says. Our written scope, once signed, governs any work we do for you and replaces these terms for that work.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any dispute about them is heard only in the state or federal courts in New York County, New York. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still stands.
Changes
When these terms change, this page changes and the date at the top moves.
